Platinum Games and Sega to continue Publishing partnership

The collaboration continues, according to GamesTM:

Apparently, Platinum Games will continue to work with Sega. Speaking at Tokyo Game Show, the studio’s producer and executive director Atsushi Inaba said the “relationship betweenSega and Platinum games does not end with Vanquish.”

While no specifics were given, Platinum Games lead Hideki Kamiya has been rather vocal about a doing a sequel to Bayonetta. When fans inquired about Bayonetta 2, Kamiya coyly responded, “shell be back if you believe so.”

I’m certain that this relantionship will continue to be beneficial for both, because the PG games make people, they spark up debate and can be quite creative, a throwback to Sega’s quirky sense of style of the late 90’s, early 2000. It might also mean that a Bayonetta sequel is that much to hapenning and I definately want to stick around.
