Bizzare Creations staff finds new home in long time Sega co-op Sumo Digital

February 22, 2011

It was a sad week in gaming history, Bizzare Creations, the brains behind the legendary Dreamcast racing game Metropolis Street Racer and many other excellent games were closed down by their parent company Activision. However, staff members are looking into new companies and it appears that one of them has scored himself a big gig over at Sumo Digital:

Project Gotham Racing and Blur lead designer Gareth Wilson has found a new home at Sumo Digital – maker of OutRun Online Arcade and SEGA All-Stars Racing.

His old home, Bizarre Creations, closed on Friday.

Wilson will take up the post of chief game designer at Sumo, according to CVG.
